I am a 2nd year PhD student at Bangor University, North Wales, looking at graduate destinations.
I mainly conduct research relating to any of the equality themes (gender; age; ethnicity; disability; language). I have conducted research on a variety of areas including employment barriers; unemployment; housing; business support
I have wide research interests but I can only hope that in their total they are my attempt to encapsulate Becker's (1967: 247) call to "to grant those labelled as deviant a voice hitherto silenced by the hubris of policy-makers"
